I have suffered from hay fever all of my life, I remember being at school and having nose bleeds that were so bad the doctor gave me a steroid spray, but it didn't really work. Most summers were spent sneezing and with a runny nose, but worst of all itchy eyes! As I got older the itchy eyes seemed to fade away but the runny nose and sneezing stayed the same.
